Leisure Activities
Two programmes run consecutively for the two different age groups (Juniors 10 – 13 years and  Teens 14 – 17 years). The majority of the activities are compulsory, whilst some of the on-site activities are optional. Students can choose to join the optional activity or take free time on the premises. Facilities available include: two tennis courts, three outdoor pools, terraces and sun decks. A large indoor pool that is heated during the winter months, a children’s play ground with safety flooring, a games room and an internet point. A private sandy beach with water sports during the Summer months and the Gold Palm Diving School operating all year round with PADI qualified diving instructors.

Activities in our programme  include:

• Trips to different beaches in Malta
• Boat trips to the sister islands of Gozo and Comino
• Jeep Tours on Gozo
• Welcome parties and beach BBQs
• Pool games and water games
• Shopping outings to Bay Street in St. Julians and Valletta
• International parties 
• Visits to Valletta and Mdina historical sites
• Cultural outings
• Splash and Fun Water games

Optional activities on offer:

• Horse riding and go karting
• Sailing and Diving
• Tennis tution with a professional coach

Different activities are organised for our Summer and Winter Junior Camp courses.  Students are not allowed to leave the hotel  unless accompanied by a group leader or a member of  IH staff.  Students are supervised at all hours as safety at our Young Learners centre is paramount.
