The School Principal - Corinne Xuereb
Besides having had 25 years experience in business management and marketing, I am also a qualified TEFL teacher with 15 years teaching experience.

I was born in Malta and was brought up with a strong awareness that foreign languages are precious assets. My training and job opportunities have given me experience in management and marketing as well as fluency in six languages.
Our discerning clients expect quality, results and good value. Being approved as an affiliate of International House World Organisation has put a recognised stamp on our superior product. Our location, premises, teaching qualifications, academic product and cultural/leisure programmes are of the highest standard.

The Group’s Director of Studies - Jürg Meier
I possess a degree in teaching primary school children and the RSA Certificate in English Language teaching. I have also been awarded the ARELS/LCCIEB certificate in teaching English for business. I have 7 years’ full-time experience in General English and Business English teaching. I am responsible for teacher training & development and run the Young Learners Programme.

I am based in Malta. We are in the process of opening a school here on the main island and we are also extending the scope of the Young Learners Programme. These are challenging and exiting developments that will cater for an ever-increasing demand for English Language Teaching in Malta.

The Director of Studies (Gozo) - Alan McTeer
I spent 28 years in the Royal Air Force as an air traffic controller where, latterly, as a Squadron Leader, I was the head of the Training Evaluation Team.

I joined a company in the Service Sector which planned payment schemes. As Projects Manager I gained invaluable experience – useful when teaching our Business Studies courses.

My dream had long been to teach English, I achieved my CELTA and I joined IH Malta-Gozo. On my part, it was love at first sight: a well-equipped, friendly little school with facilities that include a gymnasium and a swimming pool. It is a joy to go to work every day.
